For soft coated low-e making IGU glass, the low-e film at glass edge should be deleted to avoid the oxidization happening, it’s very important for the soft coated low-e IUG glass affecting the glass.

Boil Testing and Impact Resistance Testing
Before each laminated glass order starting, we make sample samples doing the boil testing to test the PVB function. Also make standard size for impact resistance testing to test the stess of PVB, glass orders started after both tests past.
