Heat Soaked Glass
Putting tempered glass in heat soaked furnace heating again,The heating stage begins at the ambient temperature of all the glasses and ends at the moment when the surface temperature of the last piece of glass reaches 280 ℃. The temperature inside the furnace may exceed 320 ℃.
Heat soaked glass spontaneous rate is lower than 0.1-0.3‰, much lower than tempered glass 3‰.
Reduced Risk of Spontaneous Breakage: Spontaneous breakage rate drop to below 0.1-0.3‰.
Enhanced Safety: By removing the possibility of spontaneous breakage, heat soaked glass offers a significant safety improvement.
