FTO Conductive Glass

FTO coated glass is a transparent conductive glass composed of a special glass substrate and a layer of FTO (Fluorine doped Tin Oxide) film. FTO film is a wide bandgap semiconductor material composed of tin oxide (SnO2) and fluorine (F). The doping of fluorine element can significantly improve the conductivity of tin oxide.
